Hello, my name is Elaine Luchini! I was born and raised in Las Cruces, NM. I am a proud veteran who served in the United States Marine Corps from 2002 to 2006. I have visited and lived in many other places, but my heart belongs in Las Cruces. I love the small community feel and how colorful we are. Mostly, I love the opportunity to help many find their home!

Why I started Happy Life
I started Happy Life Real Estate because moving to a new city should feel exciting, not overwhelming. Too many people land somewhere they barely know and spend a year wondering if they made a mistake. I wanted to do the opposite of a sales pitch.
So I tour homes on camera, walk you through the real cost of living, and answer the questions most agents skip, like whether the wind is really that bad and what a normal power bill looks like in July. I’m not here to talk you into Las Cruces. I’m here to help you decide for yourself.
