Right here, and you’re in good company. Most of my clients have never set foot in the city when we begin. We start with a call about your budget and what you want your days to look like, then I send video tours and a real cost-of-living breakdown so you can picture it before you ever book a flight.
Can we really do the whole thing remotely?
Yes. I film home tours, walk neighborhoods on camera, and handle everything from first look to closing while you’re still out of state. Plenty of my buyers only visit once, or not at all before offer. When you do come out, we make that trip count.
